Unit 3: Business (lecture)

The text is about brand, it gives the definition of brand and information about its importance, maintaining and managing. Brand is guarantee of constant quality, customers know what they can expect. But not only, it is also the characteristic of the company and working conditions in it.
The most important is to provide the same quality, advertisement, packing way and a content of products can be changed but not the main key features, some kind of core of it. Maintaining brand is complicated, the producer should do some market researches and know the changing expectations of client. It also should have good positioning - it means it should have given place at the market. To do this producers create some famous, easy to remember sentences. It can not be changed because in otherwise the contact with customer can be break down. Also very important are exploring technological changes - producer should be one step ahead the rest.
